The Twinsburg Public Library posts position openings as vacancies occur. The library accepts applications on an ongoing basis. They are kept on file in the Administration offices for one year. Everyone interested in employment with the Twinsburg Public Library must complete an application. Resumes are welcome but cannot be used as a substitute for the application form. The Twinsburg Public Library seeks an outgoing, personable individual to fill a part-time opportunity in our Adult Learning and Information Services department. We need someone who is passionate about customer service, dealing with everything from helping a patron find their next great read to showing another how to attach a file to their e-mail. The successful candidate will enjoy working with people in a variety of situations, from one-on-one interactions to managing multiple customer needs simultaneously.
This position averages 22.5 hours per week. Weekend and evening availability is essential; the successful candidate must be able to follow department standards regarding scheduling. A bachelor’s degree or at least two years’ progress towards one is required. $10-12/hr commensurate with experience.
