Printing, copying, scanning, and faxing are available at the Library at any of our three multi-function stations. Letter (8.5x11) and legal-sized (8.5x14) prints and copies cost $0.10 for black and white and $0.25 for color. Ledger-sized (11x17) prints and copies cost $0.35 for black and white and $0.50 for color. Patrons receive $1.00 per day in free value per card. You can add additional money to your card or guest pass at one of our payment stations or at the Adult Reference Desk. Scanning and faxing are free. Scanning to email or a flash drive is available. If you need to receive a fax, have the sending party use 330-425-3622. We can email it to you or print it for normal print costs.

Submit Your Print Job in one of the four ways listed below.

For library card holders, a one-time registration with the PaperCut print management system is required to use the printers.
Sign into a public computer with either a library card or guest pass. When sending the document to the printer, make sure to select either Twinsburg Color Printer or Twinsburg Black and White Printer. The print job will be waiting in a queue. Then, visit any of the three printers inside the Library to release your print job. Scan your library card or guest pass or manually enter the number into the station to see the document you wish to print.

Visit printing.clevnet.org in a Web browser and log into your PaperCut account. Select WebPrint from the sidebar and upload a file. Print jobs submitted via WebPrint can be released at any of the three printers inside the Library.
All WebPrint jobs will print double-sided.

Files must be sent as attachments to the email, not inline in the message. Accepted files: most image formats, PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. If this is your first time submitting a print job by email, you will receive a reply email requesting that you log in to PaperCut to associate your email address with your PaperCut account.
